Your secret link is ready!

Are you sure? Anyone with the link will no longer be able to access it.
This action is password-protected. Only you, as the creator, can burn this secret in this session.
Securely Send Secrets with One-Time Self-Destructing Links
Ghost Message is a zero-knowledge sharing platform for securely sending and exchanging secrets that lets you send passwords, keys, or any confidential text via a one-time link. The link self-destructs after a single view or a set time, ensuring your secret isn't stored or exposed in email or chat logs. With end-to-end encryption done in your browser, even we (the server) cannot read your message.
End-to-End Encryption & Zero-Knowledge Security
Your secrets are encrypted with AES-256 in your browser; only those with the unique link can decrypt. The decryption key is stored in the URL fragment and never sent to our server.
Self-Destructing One-Time Links
Each secret link is single-use by default: once opened, it self-destructs, leaving no trace. You can also allow a limited number of views or set an expiration timer (from minutes up to days) for flexibility.
Use Cases – Who is Ghost Message for?
Developers & IT
Share API Keys or Passwords Securely. Stop emailing plaintext passwords or posting API keys in chat where they linger. Ghost Message gives DevOps engineers and developers a safe way to transmit credentials – once the recipient views the secret, it's gone forever. This reduces the risk of leaked secrets in logs or archives.
Crypto Holders
Protect Crypto Keys & Wallet Phrases. Need to send a wallet seed phrase or private key to someone? Using Ghost Message, crypto users can share these sensitive details through a one-off encrypted link instead of risky screenshots or emails. The secret will vanish after viewing, mitigating the risk of theft.
Personal Secrets
Private Notes, Credentials & More. From sharing a Wi-Fi password with a houseguest to sending personal data (like a SSN or bank info) to a family member, Ghost Message ensures your info isn't sitting in someone's inbox. You get peace of mind that once read, your personal secret is deleted and inaccessible.
How It Works
- Encrypt & Create Link: You type your secret into Ghost Message; your browser encrypts it (we never see the plaintext). Click "Create Secret Link".
- Share the Link: A unique URL is generated. You send this URL to the recipient via your preferred channel (email, chat, etc.). Only someone with this exact link (which contains the decryption fragment) can read the message.
- Self-Destruct: Once the secret is viewed (or the set time passes), it's destroyed from our server. No data remains – not on our side, and nothing is left for prying eyes.
Security You Can Trust
Unlike email or chat, where providers or hackers could read your messages later, Ghost Message's zero-knowledge design for secure secret exchange means we technically cannot access your secret, even during transit. We never log secrets to disk – everything is stored only in encrypted form in volatile memory or transient storage until deletion.
